Story Line:

Two egoistic seniors of the village, Bharat’s father (Ponvannan) and Poorna’s father (Raja) are always at loggerheads. They belong to the same caste. Bharat and Poorna are classmates in a college. While caste is no bar to their love affair, the two feuding elders are waiting to settle old scores. The rivalry between them threatens to smother the love between their children. Ponvannan uses his persuasive skills to dissuade his son. This only precipitates matters. But Bharat is not ready to give up hopes. Danger stalks Bharat from the moment Poorna’s father invites him to his bungalow. How Bharat emerges from the cauldron is the climax which is the highlight of the film
