Story Line:

An entertaining tale, the story begins with Mahalakshmi (ananya) who is a maid in the big house of Amirthavalli (sheela). She is a devout follower of Lord Muruga and dreams to marry a boy she likes. The story takes a turn with the arrival of Mano (krishna), grandson of Amirthavalli. Maha realizes that he is the boy who is coming in her dreams. On the other hand, Mano’s mother (suhasini) wants him to marry her friend’s daughter. While Maha is in a fix, a man named Saravanan (dhanush) comes from nowhere. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.

Story Line:

Yuvaraj (Shantanoo) is a lad who grows up in the company of four friends with a penchant for mischief and an adventurous attitude. Just before he is to join college, he sees a girl named Deepali (Ishita) stranded on the road thanks to a malfunctioning car and a helpless driver. Yuvaraj finds himself in awe of her beauty and one of the most clichéd incidents happens. She walks into the same classroom as our hero is in and there is love in the air.

In comes another girl Reema (Vedhika) who happens to be Yuvaraj’s cousin (aunt’s daughter). She too joins the same college. Reema falls for her cousin and continues to be helplessly in love even after she gets to know about Yuvaraj’s and Deeplai’s love affair.

Yet another clichéd incident happens. Reema gives a red rose to our hero which is seen by Deepali. The girl runs away with a broken heart. The hero explains things and the affair brightens up once again. After a while Reema slips, thanks to a door mat. Yuvaraj holds her in a bid to break her fall. This again is seen by Deepali and another emotional outburst happens. The love affair is plagued by an assuming Deepali and a group of friends who want to bring the young lovers together.

Yuvaraj caught between the assuming Deepali and his true feeling of love decides to end the relationship which he voices to his heart’s desire. Confusion reigns until his friends conjure up an idea which would necessitate all the three people involved to come together in a ‘birthday party’. One more twist happens which produces some emotional dialogues. Do the lovers come together again or does Reema’s pure-love succeed?

Story line:

Story Line:

Sathyamurthy(Kamalhassan) is an educated but unemployed youngster, dividing his time between hanging around with his friends and being verbally abused by his stepmother. Since he is jobless and often verbally abused by his stepmother, he along with his friends started dealing with the problems around them. a subsequent clash with a local rowdy brings Sathya to the attention of Dhandapani(Kitty), a rich philanthropist. So Sathya becomes his right-hand man, carrying out his orders while Dhandapani uses Sathya as his weapon in the political war he is carrying on with Mariappan(Rajesh), the local MLA.

Story Line:

Story Line:

Santosh (Jeyam Ravi), A NRI youth from London comes to India with his mother (Geetha) to attend a family wedding. He comes across a young girl Kavitha (Trisha), who also come to attend the wedding. He falls for her instantly. After a few cat and mouse games between them, they finally come close to each other. Now they start to face problems. Plot Summary:

Sathya (Navadeep), son of Vijayakumar, completes his degree in addition to spend time by links Guru (Abhinay), Sathyan (Sathyan) in the midst of others. Life goes straightforward untill he meets Saara (Anjali). What starts as acquaintance develops into love. Plot Summary:

This movie tries to take itself seriously, which is why it is set against the Government Law College. With its history of caste differences and violence, it is the perfect backdrop for our hero, Surya Narayanan (newcomer Kajni).

He is shown as the golden-hearted, larger-than-life hero of the 1970s and 1980s — he fights goons single-handedly, has an SFX team doing magic with his silhouettes and crashes through everything.

He is the Student Council Chairman; is kind, thoughtful, loving, brilliant, does social service, wins recognition for changing the lives of his neighbours and constitutes an award for the best student of the year at the national level. He even goes to Delhi [ Images ] to submit a proposal to that effect, and it gets accepted immediately (!).

In addition to all of this, he also finds time to honour his teachers (Radha Ravi and M S Bhaskar) by dancing Bharathanatyam on Teacher’s Day, donate blood at the drop of a hat and fall in love with the most irritating girl in campus, Mahalakshmi (Mithra).

Mahalakshmi speaks with a lisp, drips with sweetness and gets on your nerves so much that you wonder how anyone — including the hero — can stand it. But she donates blood too, so she’s a good girl as well.

Naturally, such a great guy must have nemesis, and there is one: Selva (Pavan), who suddenly decides that he doesn’t want to be a goon anymore, but become a law student for no apparent reason.

And here, unwittingly, happen some of the better scenes of the movie: Selva is good-looking and has loads of attitude, enough that you wish that he was the hero, instead of the supremely boring Suriyan. He mocks teachers, dresses up like a girl and is such a cool guy that you end up rooting for him.

Story Line:

Jai, Kanja Karuppu and Sasikumar (the director himself), are typical youths, who do not miss an opportunity to fight when they come across a brawl on the streets. Often arrested, they come out of jail with the help of a neighbor, played by Samudhirakani. The neighbor’s elder brother happens to be a former Councilor. The irony is that Jai falls in love with the Councilor’s daughter. When the councilor is ditched by a member of an opposite gang, the trio step in and bump off the man. Unfortunately Samudhirakani doesn’t help them this time and the three are remanded for murder. However, they manage to come out themselves. They then vow to settle scores with Samudhirakani and the Councilor. The revenge plot has enough twists and turns.
