Story Line:
Vinod (Dhanush) is an orphan brought up by father Rozario (Nagesh) and he goes to city college . He is an introvert, he dresses shabbily and his friends make fun of him for his looks and stammering way of talk.Meanwhile, Aadi (Sudeep), the college Romeo is slapped by Divya (Sonia). Divya helps him out of sympathy. and they becomes friends. He starts loving her but when he realizes that Divya is actually in love with Aadi all hell breaks lose. When Divya’s father comes to know about her affair with Aadi, the lovers are separated but Vinod hatches a plan to unite them and takes Divya to a deep forest and put the blame on Aadi. He is actually a psychopath and tells Divya about his bitter childhood and his obsessive love for her. what happens forms the rest of the movie.
