Synopsis:

Venkata Narayana (Prakash Raj) is one of the biggest business tycoons and has daughter is Madhavi (soundarya) who joins office as a clerk as Malathi. Manohar (J.D Chakravarthy) finised his B.com and wants to marry her maternal uncles Venkata narayana daughter for the sake of money. So he joins narayan office to find madhavi and make friendship with malathi and love her . But Narayana tells her that Monohar is after money not on her. She challenges Manohar is not after money.When Monohar comes to know that malathi is not madhavi and she ia poor girl. He stops loving malathi and expresses his love and obsession for money. What happens will Madhavi marry Monhar or not is the rest of the movie.
