Story Line:
The famous Novel has transformed into a good memorable love story Devadasu. The movie is about a poor girl Parvathi Paru (Savithri) and Zamindar Son Devadas ( ANR) are childhood friends. Devads goes to foreign for studies and when he return back Parvathi is waiting and soon they meet and fall in love. But the Zamindars doesn’t like devadas friendship with Parvathi and insult her parents. As a result the parvathi gets married to a rich old man. Rest of the story is how devadasu becomes drinker and even die for his lover parvathi.
