Story Line:

Shivaji (Rajini Kanth) is an NRI and he wants to help poor people by openning a hospital, medical college. But local rowdy (Suman) foils his attempts by making him bankrupt because it will be problem for his business if Shivaji opens College and Hospital. Shreya is a daughter from an ordinary family and Shivaji falls in love with her and proposes to marriage. But her parent won’t agree. Sivaji robs black money from all the rich people and sends money to his friends in USA. This money is sent back to his foundation in the form of donations. Rest of the story is how fight back with Suman and serves society by establishing Medical college and Hospital.
