Story Line:
Nageswara Rao (Venu Madhav) who is known as Tablets Nageswara Rao for his habit of taking pills for every small thing. His grand mother (Sakunthala) asks Venu Madhav to Marr their relative. But he refuses for that to marry a girl whom he loves. So, Sakunthala gives 100 days time to select another girl. Nageswara Rao falls in love with Sridevi (Priya Mohan). But he knows that he has cancer. In order to make sure that Sridevi hates him, he pretends to have fallen in love with a Mumbai based model Jaya Sudha (Ruthika). Jaya Sudha’s brother Hari (Srihari) turns out to be a big mafia don in Mumbai. Since Jaya Sudha loves Nageswara Rao, Hari threatens him to love her. Then Nageswara Rao realizes that he did not have cancer. The rest of the story is all about how he comes out of the mess and weds his lover.
