Plot Summary:

Shekar (Harinath) and Satyabhama (Jamuna) are classmates and love each other. Shekar is an orphan, studies with the help of Shambulingam (Relangi), who is repaying Shekar’s father’s debut. Shambulingam is puppet in his wife Kanakadurga’s (G.Varalaxmi) hands. Kanakadurga agrees the marriage with difficulty.

After the twins are born, Shekar was unable to adjust in the house, as Kanakadurga insults his friends in the party. In a fit of anger he leaves the house with one daughter, while unconscious Satyabhama and another daughter is with Kanakadurga.
