Story of Kangavel KakaTamil Movie :
Set on the backdrop of a court, Vel (karan) is a Dawali and he sees many criminals from high society escaping from the hands of law through illegal means. Vel ensures that he kills them and wants to convey a message. In this process, he also attempts to kill Law minister Ayyanarappan (kota) but fails. This gets the tough cop Rajendran (aditya) into the picture and there is a flashback behind why Vel has been doing all these things. Whether he is successful in what he is doing or not forms the rest of the story.
