Story Line:

Mr. Gupta the main of the family passes away after a serious accident and his wife too dies leaving their school-going son Ramnath alone. One day Ramnath looses his left leg and is handicapped. Ramnath is soon thrown out by the landlord on the outskirts of Bombay and he stave for a couple of days since he has no money. He meet a young man Mohan of his age who is blind by birth. The two friends became freinds and what happens to their friendship forms the rest of the movie.
